What was Louisiana culture for Leo--music and food!  As his "process of investigation", Leo hung out in many a New Orleans' kitchen, befriending chefs, sous-chefs, waiters, maitre-d's, and a slew of people in the hospitality industry, making many friends. Soon, his original paintings were appearing in iconic New Orleans' restaurants.  The demand grew for more of his jazz culinary-themed artwork and paintings were sold throughout the United States and into restaurant chains on the West Coast, Hong Kong, and the UK.  This particular one was created in 1985, while Leo was living in the Pacific Northwest.
